Right after payment, you'll receive an email with a unique invite code. Go to the login page, click Register, enter your code, and you're in.
Can I add my team members? +
Yes! Once logged in, go to the Team tab and invite colleagues by email. Each person gets their own login while sharing your company's data.
Is each company's data kept separate? +
Absolutely. Every company gets a fully isolated environment. No company can see another's contractors, payments, or reports.
Do the 1099 forms file automatically with the IRS? +
No — Midpoint generates print-ready 1099-NEC summaries. You're responsible for filing with the IRS. We recommend using a CPA or approved tax software for official filing.
Can I cancel anytime? +
Yes, cancel anytime with no penalties. Your access stays active until the end of your billing period.
Is my data secure? +
Yes. All data is protected at the database level with row-level security. Passwords are hashed and we never sell your data.
